Terms & CondiTIONS:

Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation against our 72-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, please do so no later than 72 hours before your reservation. Cancellations or amendments made within this window will incur a charge of $360 per person.

If you chose to reduce your party size within the 72-hours prior to your reservation, we will do our best to reseat you at a smaller table, subject to availability. Reductions made on the day of your reservation will not be eligible for a refund or credit towards your final bill.

Please note a 10% surcharge applies to all reservations on Sundays, and a 15% surcharge applies on Victorian Public Holidays.

Dietary Requirements:

We kindly ask that dietary requirements and/or allergies be communicated at the time of booking. With advance notice, we are pleased to offer vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and coeliac menus.

Due to the intricacy of our multi-course offering, we may not be able to accommodate all dietary preferences. If your requirements necessitate significant alterations to the menu, we recommend contacting us at reservations@vue.group prior to dining. While we take great care in the preparation of our dishes, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination due to the shared nature of our kitchen space.

Please note that unannounced dietary requests may not be possible to accommodate on the day.

Dress Code:

Whilst we do not impose a formal dress code, most of our guests tend to dress elegantly for the occasion. 

Children:

We warmly welcome young diners who can fully partake in our regular menu. However, due to the duration and nature of the menu, it may not be suitable for very young children. We do not offer a separate children’s menu. Kindly note that prams cannot always be accommodated within our dining space, please notify us ahead of time if children will be joining you.

Waitlist:

Should the date you wish to dine be unavailable to book online, please do not hesitate to email our Reservations Team to have your details added to a waitlist so that we may contact you if a table becomes available.
